BR introduced June 18th, lotta guys area 30+ already, like Mirrorboy who is 32. Once you hit 40 you get super secret surprise and a bunch more certs. |

As for 40 being able to do everything, we still aren't certain if you get 15 more cert points, it might be every other past a certain point. But with the added certs of recent memory like ELITE Hacking (Viruses and such) and ADVANCED CE, someone can get rexo/ha and still have one of the above, instead of having to gimp yourself offensively.
Now this also opens up the pandoras box of more maxes, as pretty much every inf guy is gonna get Unimax so they can crash CCs and whatnot for resecures instead of just sloggin it rexo style.

I heard there was a giant bug/exploit that allows you to get tons xp to get to br32 real quick.
