Dear Fayaz, As you are probably aware, we experienced a major problem with the server your website is hosted on. I am writing you today to personally apologize for the prolonged downtime which you experienced. they run daily backups? i didn't notice anything missing. wonder what sort of file system errors would take out the whole raid if not for hax or using only 2 disks. |

Yeah, daily backups of the site folders. The forums' SQL server runs on another machine with regular backups as well, but that wasn't affected, so we didn't lose any posted content. -------------
