Don't worry, no one's been banned.
I looked into the issue, contacted the company where the dedicated TS server is being hosted, got this notice:
"TeamSpeak has improperly black listed our server without cause. We are working now to have service restored. We are an authorized hosting provider and have not been blacklisted; this is a billing error on their end. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, which is currently out of our control."
I've been able to connect just fine though.. v-v-d..
