Advanced Adaptive Construction Engine: (Aka "Super ACE"), Combat engineering munition the size of a rifle, used for creating field-deployed turrets mounting AA, AV or AI weapons, cloak generators, curtain walls, medical terminals, full-function equip terminals, vehicle silos, ect. Combat Engineers will also be able to do the following: -Turret Upgradeability: Certain limited numbers of turrets per base/tower can be upgraded to carry flack weapons (AA) or rocket launchers (AV), but give up their 'autofire' capability -Mosquitos will be able to mount air-to-air missile pods -Medium Assault weapons will gain top-mounted scopes, underbarrel launchers, muzzlebreaks -Heavy Assault weapons will be able to trade rate of fire, cone of fire, and range around The PHANTASM WORKS! The Galaxy Gunship will mount a pair of ball turrets in the forward 'flare' in front of the wing root, mounting quad-barrel heavy autocannon (75mm+) Phoenix variant similar to the 20mm portion of the OICW, essentially a variable-time, airburst missile launcher. |

im guessing they will redo allot of the cert trees,
and i think they will definitly split up CE into more then one cert ( if they really do plan on adding to it )
either way, Change is good. |

Perosnaly, i think its good the devs are finaly doing SOMTHING
for so long this game was left in the dark. im happy we are getting some sort of action from the people in charge |

if you read the article fully it looks liek the AA missles might have to be added by a CE to your skeeter so hopefully everyone and their mom wont have them, and hopefully it wont be ungodly.
I copied and pasted the orig post from another forum.
As for the scopes, who knows, dont they have 2 zoom modes already? |
