You need to see the original net clip it was based on Preach: http://www.break.com/index/ipecac.html - http://www.break.com/index/ipecac.html They give this dude a quarter bottle of ipecac as a dare for cash, it's used by hospitals to flush out your stomach after severe chemical/food poisoning.
