lol that vid has a couple classic parts.. The black guy with the heli chopter flying behind him and crashing made me lol.. The scene about nobody able to fly a chopter was funny as hell also. The one thing that really pisses me off about Bf2 is I'll unload a clip into somebody and have nothing happen to him. He'll fire to rounds off and BOOM, head shot. Makes me a sad panda.

what i hated about BF2 was similar to goff, id fire at sombody, hit them 6-7-8 times whatever in the chest or back, they would jump up and go prone and fire a 3round burst and id insta die also tking for planes and if u get the plane sombody from the enemy kick voting you or a friendly kick voting you because you wont die ------------- |

IF ya haven't seen my first movie here it is. This has few knifings in it http://www.laylos.com/Badman.wmv - - Badman I enjoy it, The multiple shots and he doesn't die has happened to me. I learned, aim chest...neck let the gun rise to the head and they go down quick. I like grunting more then being in a vehicle. On tip I picked up on in BF, Desert Combat, is to keep moving try not to stay still for two long and watch your back. ------------- |

from what i have seen in these vids, and from what i saw in the PC demo, i must say i like the Xbox 360 version better.
there arereally quite a few difrences. 360 feels allot more Arcadish, and thats not a bad thing at all. |

Yar but I can do it all!
Close quarters with the pistol/nades/claymore, or even medium ranges I will just mow your ass down with a "BOOM HEADSHOT."
TBH, I am better if I can float around and die more too, that way i get more claymores out protecting flags, routes of travel etc.
But there are few spots on my fav sniper map(Mashturr City) where you can just pick off guys all day long. The key is to constantly scan for other sniper nests, and once you cap them a few times, you can prey on the little guys running around who think they are safe. See that is hte thing...a big reason I LOVE the sniper rifles in this game, is that they actually have range-and punch-unlike their little pee-shooter counterparts that try and pass off for assualt rifles. Pfft. It does kinda suck for me though, because if I don't have my m24, I feel kinda lost....lol. ------------- |

I snipe A TON , and I have NEVER shot a pilot through the glass with a .50 cal rifle. Mainly because I don't use it much(innacurate, VERY loud). it is possible in BF2 though. I really miss OFP, I used to be a really crafty sniper, lurking through the bush, stalking my prey etc. ------------- |

lol..never knew BF2 had hacks like those as for taking someone out in a vehicle with a .50 cal, I was on top of the crane in Gulf of Oman, swift and wolfy were flying around in a chopper, took aim and BLAM took out swift leaving wolfy to go down with the ship
It was hilarious.

BF2 has alot of cheats to the other day i was on karkand some guy with the L96A1 kept insta killing me with his sniper rifle when he was running like.. id be layed down with my barret, waiting, he would run around the corner and fire at me before i could even get my shot off and he was stood up and running he did this several times, nobody seemed to call him out on it, so i just did what everybody else does on karkand and nade spammed ------------- |

Just a thought too, instead of playing on the HUGE 64 player servers all the time, how about a 16 person deal, OR even a 20-32.
I find with the smaller maps it has more to do with skill, and your squad can make a bigger impact than in a huge furball in a 64 person server. It's nice how the maps scale down too. I played a 8 vs 8 on IronGator, and it was kinda relaxing actually, and played more like Ghost Recon, a slower, more tacticall pace. ------------- |

As laylos keeps telling me, It's a hell of a learning curve from PS. Sometimes I'm in that Lasher/JH charge on more than one person only to keep getting my ass handed to me. Phear the svd tybo.. If you don't get off a head shot, I'm already 3 shots deep into your ass :D Verdant is already becoming a sniping whore. He's better than me hands down. ------------- Ball punching for Teh Win!

The DAO-12 (anti-tank unlock) kicks ass btw. JH that fires as fast as you can tap the button. I haven't played in awhile but I pwnt much ass with that thing back in the day. -------------

I have heard that an SVD headshot is entirely possible. I may have to fool aruond with it some more. Snowd and Fid keep telling me to roll with that so I can be a better close in support, but I pwn with the pistol/claymore/nades, so it's not much of an issue.
I would rather have the ability to get that 1 shot insta killl at range, and the SVD just can't quite do that. Also, the way the thing is FREAKING LOUD also attracts a ton of attention, most often by other snipers who know you are prone and trying to rapid fire into someone.
And beyond everything else, it is just plain cooler to use the bolt-action rifles IMHO. The other day on that Wake Island 2007 map with 24 folks, I was really missing the .50 cal too...there was this choppper pilot just sitting there over the flag, and all my L96 ammo just bounced off the window. I actually ended up just using my pistol to finish off the fuselage lol. But I may re-try the 50 cal on some maps, like Mashtuur that has those two choppers...but damn, if the sucker isn't innacurate at range. I also tried the G3 out...man, that thing sucks with the clip size(20), even on single fire I was running out constantly. Combine the fact I get no claymores(wooptdy doo I get a smoke nade) makes the G3/Assualt kinda obsolete. Now if I could use a G3 AND a medic class...that woudl be kinda tight. ------------- |

I hardly play Euro Forces which I just plunked $10 on though...and I am not a big fan of armor so I doubt I will get AF. A lot of people say $10 is cheap, but I beg to differ, especially when so many quality mods put the same stuff out for completly free.

I usually go special opts because of it is the
kit that can handel anything c4 - vehicles, traps, groups of troops. I can't tell you the number of times I blew up vehicles or set c4 around a flag for a trap, or just drop some of a wall and watched the enemies explode. Weapon Close up - good on auto and burst rate if you tap fire Weapon Distance - great accuracy on single shot at distances, also can tap for a single shot. I can pick off snipers Nades- groups of enemies or enemies hiding ------------- |
