so check this out... whenever i go to my.uga.edu (my school's student portal), it doesnt respond the first time. i just get an indefinite load timer. if i click the link again (or just hit go again), then it pops up immediately. this has happened every single time, multiple times a day. i've let it sit for up to two minutes before i refreshed it to work instantly. its not really an issue, just a really strange quirk that only happens when im going to that address... anyone heard of this before? -------------
