If I were to send an email to someone about reinstating my account who would I send it to? Whos emai address?

I tried sending it to planetsidehelp@soe.sony.com but I keep getting a Delivery failure everytime.

You can try Tom Lockard (tlockard@soe.sony.com). He used to be the guy in charge of customer service, not sure if he is anymore though.
