Hey guys,

Was actually speaking to a certain dev about this stuff and started up a PSU thread to gather feedback. I'm sure the devs will be reviewing it so if you have anything to throw into the hat regarding improving enjoyment and meaningful/compelling gameplay for smaller squads, here's your chance!
