thats abit overkill I know in ATR raids or with other guilds on magtheridon there was alot of cussing but it wasnt anything like yelling! Unless you pissed off dragonmasta and then he would yell at me!

KAAOS has a similar system for their guild in WOW.

yes, most as in 85 percent use some sort of it, might call it different names but its the same system at the core.
