No but honestly think of the possiblities that this could be used with in the military, but then again things like this sometimes end up in the wrong hands.

I believe they been working on this for a while heard about it like 1 or 2 years ago. 
 
I believe some will make a goggle to be able to detected eventually...like dark light.

its only at a very very earlier stage, i think the headline is pretty misleading.. AFAIK its only a 2d object they have made "invisible"

a 3rd one would require alot more work and research
