I certainly wouldn't buy a single thing from any of these companies. It looks like they have a lot of problems with quality control, or even testing their product for defects/errors. You get what you pay for.
Preach is exactly right. I bought a PC from Cyberpower about a year or so ago, and not only did it ship 1-2 weeks later than the stated ship date (with absolutely no communication from their end, I had to practically stalk the guys to get any kind of attention) but also, they shipped the computer with an incorrect, much cheaper case. Of course, I never was refunded the difference between the two cases.
After all that, the parts were pretty solid, but I'd suggest that if you're getting a lower end PC with no liquid cooling or any of the extras, just buiild it yourself. There are a ridiculous amount of guides online to help you.
Or you could just buy an Alienware or Velocity Micro system, pay an insane premium, but you'll get a good f**king system with top notch service.
