   Topic: Half-Life 2 - A couple questions

I've been thinking about picking up Half-Life 2 lately, and I see people are selling cd-keys on ebay for around $20. They say all you need is this cd-key to play, but I don't really see how without the cd's or any actual software.
Anyone know if this cd-key only stuff is legit, and if so how do I actually get Half-Life 2?
Second... anyone have a CD-KEY I can use for free?

THey are probbaly selling STEAM account keys, which is how I got my Half LIfe 2 when it was released.
I would personally buy the Silver package through Steam, Preach, so that way when Day of Defeat comes out... you'll get that too.

You can find HL2 in retail for $29...
$10 is worth not dealing with the hassle, imho.

Sol... I'm in Korea. My options are very limited as to where I can find the game "retail". Any online store wants too much money to ship to an APO address, even though it is a US postal address.

I had to go through the steam way considering when I purchased my 9800xt I got a willie wonka golden ticket stating I got HL2 free when the game comes out! I had that ticket for over a year before they finally released it! lolz

Shouldn't you be playing lineage 2 and stabbing people?

I don't even want to get involved in that whole Lineage 2 deal. World of Warcraft, Lineage 2, and Starcraft are like national sports here in Korea. They just can't get enough of it.

Basically all you need to do is dl steam and get a cd key for the game. i have a key if you would like it pm me.
