It still has it's moments, and I would love to see some midgets return for a bit. Yes Preach, even you.  But I guess the "blood from turnip" is the answer lol.

As for 40 being able to do everything, we still aren't certain if you get 15 more cert points, it might be every other past a certain point. But with the added certs of recent memory like ELITE Hacking (Viruses and such) and ADVANCED CE, someone can get rexo/ha and still have one of the above, instead of having to gimp yourself offensively.

 

Now this also opens up the pandoras box of more maxes, as pretty much every inf guy is gonna get Unimax so they can crash CCs and whatnot for resecures instead of just sloggin it rexo style.
