mx518, i know khemo has this one and he digs it, a great mouse. i would stay away from wireless mouses, as they are heavy and from what i hear unreliable.

I loved my mx700, I've heard the mx1000 is much better...
But I just recieved my mx518 and I don't think I'm going back..
For desktop use, the weight of the 700 is awesome, but for games not-so-much..

I have a mx510 and a mx1000, I can tell you the 1000 is WAAAAAAY to high on the acceleration factor. Aiming is a crazy insane biatch with that mouse.

Wireless = not good for gaming.
Wireless mouses, though not often, can "skip" from time to time.
And when you're in a large battle, you need all the response you can
get.
Get the MX518, you won't be disappointed.

The 518 has the new technology called "on-the-go DPI" settings. With the touch of a button, you can change your DPI settings from 1600, 1200, or 800...
At least I think those are the values...
